At launcher downloading mods then freezing

 · For some reason the technic launcher is not allowing me to download any modpacks. I have tried all modpacks and all that appears is a 0% in the loading bar which quickly disappears. I have tried restarting the launcher, resetting the modpacks, restarting my Missing: at launcher.  · Without showing any item in the All Installed Mods list as downloading giving you no indication of what it is doing. I have found no solution to this other than wait it out, give up waiting after minutes, close launcher try again. It doesn't freeze, just stays with three dots looping and not loading further until you close bltadwin.rution: Absent Minded, 96 Badges. Gd launcher freezing downloads. Question.
